While I now blog professionally, my career is actually in the realm of dentistry. Before coming to Spain, I obtained my D.D.S. degree from the University of Michigan School of dentistry.

Because of my training, many people have asked me how they can care for their teeth and gums naturally. I developed the following recipes to help you care for your mouth with oral hygiene recipes that you can easily make at home. Here you will find some natural toothpaste recipes, a recipe for a tooth powder, and, of course, a mouthwash recipe.
