A quick note before you write: I love hearing from you! To keep things manageable, and make sure others can learn from the answers, please skim the sections below so your message lands in the right spot.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Will you help me troubleshoot a recipe?

Yes—in the comments of that specific post. Ask your question on the recipe page so the answer is public and can help others. Please include: what you did (ingredients + exact amounts), any substitutions, temperatures/times, and equipment.
If you’d like to share photos of your results, please email them to [email protected] and mention your comment so I can connect the two.

Do you accept sponsored posts/links or allow guest posts?

Short answer: No to paid link placements, link insertions, and prewritten articles.
Guest posts are rare and only from established bloggers with active sites in a closely related niche. I only publish unique, original content on this blog.

Can you help me formulate a new recipe?

I can often suggest tweaks to recipes already on the blog, but I can’t custom‑develop individual recipes on request. I always welcome suggestions for future posts—tell me what you’d love to see!

Collaboration & Media

Brands/PR: I do not sell links, place links in existing posts, or publish prewritten content. If you have a genuinely helpful, values‑aligned collaboration (e.g., product I already use and love), please reach out by email. Include: product name, what makes it different, and how it would help my readers.

Interviews/press: happy to consider; include your outlet, deadline, and topic.

Permissions & Republishing

  • Photos: You may use one photo from a post with a do‑follow link back to the original post as the source. Please don’t alter the image or remove watermarks.
  • Recipes & articles: Please do not copy/paste full recipes or posts. Instead, link to the original post. (Summaries with a link are great!)

If you’re unsure, ask first—thanks for respecting my work.

I do my best to keep up with emails and comments, but please know I’m just one person balancing blogging with family life. Sometimes I get behind, especially if I take a short break from posting. Replies—whether by email or in the comments—may take a while.
