Instructions
Peel and cut the cucumber(s) into small chunks, and place into a blender with the rest of the ingredients.
Blend until smooth

You can add protein powder or a raw egg to add some protein to the shake. (Obviously depending upon the addition, your resulting shake may no longer be vegan, paleo, or candida diet-safe. Choose a protein powder without dairy, gluten, or sugar to keep it candida diet safe.)It may also be sweetend with liquid stevia.
